Public Offer Agreement

This document is a public offer by Volodymyr Franko, sole proprietor (self-employed), trading as Vexar.io, based in Dublin, Ireland (the «Operator»), to provide SaaS subscription services. Acceptance occurs when you create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, or top up your balance.

1. Subject of the offer

Vexar.io offers a SaaS website and online-store builder, including hosting, SSL, daily backups, chatbot, analytics and integrated marketplace. Detailed feature list is available at / and /services/.

2. Tariff plans & payment

Current tariffs and prices are published in the customer panel (/admin/tariffs.html). Vexar.io may revise prices for new billing cycles with 30 days’ notice; existing paid periods are not affected.

3. Billing model

Vexar.io uses a daily charge model: the cost of your active tariff is split across the days of the calendar month and deducted from your balance daily. If your balance reaches zero:

  1. A 3-day grace period begins; you receive low-balance notifications.
  2. If auto top-up is enabled, your saved card is charged.
  3. If grace expires without payment, the site editor and premium features are suspended; the public-facing site continues to operate for an additional period at our discretion.
  4. Full account deletion follows after 30 days of suspension.

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance at a discounted rate (currently 10 months for the price of 12).

4. Refunds & service credits

Vexar.io does not provide cash refunds for unused subscription days, except where required by law. SLA-related compensation is provided as service credits (see SLA section of Terms).

If a paid feature is unavailable due to a confirmed bug for more than 7 consecutive days, the proportional cost will be credited to your balance on written request.

5. Account suspension

Vexar.io may suspend or terminate an account immediately for:

Whenever feasible we provide prior notice and an opportunity to remediate. Customer data is retained for 30 days after suspension before permanent deletion.

6. Changes to the offer

Vexar.io may update this offer. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance via email and in the customer panel. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated offer.

Disputes are resolved under the laws of Ireland, in courts of competent jurisdiction at the Operator’s place of business, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws of the customer require otherwise.
