• Vexar.io offers free and paid subscription plans. Full details and pricing are available on our website.
• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued.
• We reserve the right to change pricing and billing terms with prior notice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using the Vexar.io platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and other referenced documents.

3. Description of Service

Vexar.io is a no-code website builder that allows users to design, launch, and manage websites and online stores through our platform.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use Vexar.io to host or distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload or publish.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for:

• Use of the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity
• Breach of applicable laws
• Failure to pay subscription fees
• We also reserve the right to delete any content we consider inappropriate or in violation of this Agreement.

Vexar.io integrates third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, email providers). We are not responsible for failures, errors, or downtime originating from these services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

We strive to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or other disruptions may occur without prior notice. We are not liable for loss of business, revenue, or data due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the last 30 days
• Failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

You retain ownership of your data, but grant Vexar.io a limited license to host, process, and display it to provide the service.

User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the service.
